WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE...
📅 Days 1-7: Everything feels a little sore but in a good way. You feel slightly heroic for showing up. And even met a couple new friends.
📅 Days 8-21: You're sore less. You're sleeping better. You notice you have more energy by 3 pm. (What is this sorcery?)
📅 Days 22-45: You start doing a little more. You catch yourself looking in the mirror with a smile you haven't seen in a while. (Looking Good :)

📅 Days 61-75: You hit a rough week — work stress, poor sleep, skipped a session. Old you would've quit. NEW YOU is looking forward to letting it all go at the gym.
