Good Morning fellow firearm enthusiasts!
We feel we need to make everyone aware, there is an online ammunition retailer that is scamming people. Please be sure that you can communicate with any seller via email and/or phone before you pay for any ammunition! Our website, ammunitionstore.com allows payment with major credit card ONLY. The mock website says they take credit cards and paypal. If you do put an item into your cart with them and continue to check out, your current payment options are only zelle, cashapp and paypal (friends and family). PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT put your payment information in!!! You will most likely never see that money again as those are instantaneous payment systems. The other website has a very similar .com address to ours so some people believe they are dealing with us. Then when they are unable to locate their orders or do not receive their ammunition they call and we have the misfortune of sharing that the did not, in fact, order with us. I hope that no one else is duped by this fraudulent company. Thank you to our loyal customers for your continued support over these past hectic 15 months! Things have come back to normal some for us and hopefully for all of you as well.
Our new normal includes faster processing times and leveling off of prices, more like what we boasted of before the pandemic. We currently are shipping within 3-5 business days of the date your order was placed. If there should be any reason your order is delayed, we will send you an email.
In regards to our inventory, it is real time. This means if it is on the site, it is available. We do not offer back ordering. We also do not save your credit card information so when you submit payment for your order, the funds are processed through your bank immediately. Should there happen to be an inventory error, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to substitute or refund any errors.
If you should need to reach us, please email us at [email protected] as this is still the fastest way to get ahold of us. You can also call us at 877-338-2666 but due to high call volume this will take longer for us to be able to assist you.
Local pick ups are still being accepted. Please place your order online and set your SHIPPING address to our address for free pickup. Pick up hours are 9-5 M-F.
Our office and warehouse are closed on Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays.

Thank you to all of our customers for being patient with us! We are shipping as efficiently and quickly as possible. As we are sure you guessed, we have experience an astounding lift to our order volume. Here are a few things it may help for you to know.

1) Our standard ,pre-apocalyptic 2020 fulfillment time was 1-2 business days, whereas now we stay between 6-14 business days behind. All orders are filled in the order they were placed.
(Update: as of 10/7/20: 8-10 business days from date of order to date of fulfillment)
2) We only advertise items in stock, so yes, it is here! Occasionally there are slight inventory errors but we will always contact you if there are any problems.
3) When you placed your order, you gave permission for your bank to "pay" for what you ordered. We DO NOT save credit card information so it automatically attempts to pull the funds. Some companies don't charge you until your order has shipped but that requires them to store your CC info which we WILL NOT DO!
4) Current call, message and email volumes are massive! The fastest way to reach us is to send 1 email. If you send multiple emails in the same thread, the date/time stamp of your email only shows your most recent message.

In parting, we appreciate all of our customers and, again, thank you for your patience during these bizarre and hectic times.
