✨ I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS! ✨

For those of you who have been wondering… I’m still teaching yoga! And I couldn’t be more excited to share that I’ve found a new place to call home: Free Spirit Yoga.

While closing Luvih was such a bittersweet chapter, I truly believe some endings make room for beautiful new beginnings. And this one feels really special.

I’m SO excited to say that I’ll be continuing to share yoga, connection, movement, and all the things I love with you at Free Spirit Yoga.

And here’s the BEST part… Gia, Sydney, and Kylie are all here too! So many familiar faces, familiar energy, and familiar hearts are coming along for this next chapter.

This may be a new space, but the heart behind what we do hasn’t changed.

I can’t wait to welcome you into our new yoga home at Free Spirit Yoga. The best is yet to come!

As I look back on this journey, I can’t help but think of all the versions of ourselves that brought us to this moment. Every class attended, every breath taken, every challenge faced, and every step forward has led you exactly where you are today. Be proud of how far you’ve come.

It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to walk alongside you, even for a small part of your journey. While this chapter of Luvih Yoga Studio is coming to a close, your journey is not. It will continue to unfold in beautiful and unexpected ways, carrying with it the strength, balance, awareness, growth, and healing you’ve cultivated along the way.

Know that I am incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Thank you for trusting me, growing with me, and allowing me to be part of your story. I can’t wait to see where life takes you next and all the wonderful things that await you. This isn’t goodbye - it’s simply the next step on your path. Keep shining, keep growing, and keep believing in yourself.

Dear Luvih Yoga Family,

It is with a very full heart that I share some difficult news.
After much thought, reflection, and consideration, I have made the decision to close the doors of Luvih Yoga Studio.
This was not an easy decision.

What started as a dream became something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
Together, we created a community filled with kindness, healing, laughter, growth, friendship, and support. Whether you attended one class or hundreds, you have been part of the heart and soul of this studio.
I am incredibly grateful for every person who walked through our doors, trusted us with their practice, brought a friend, attended an event, shared a kind word, or simply showed up on their mat. You helped create a space where people felt welcomed, accepted, and cared for, and that is something I will carry with me forever.

Over the next 30 days, we will continue offering classes and celebrating this beautiful community. If you currently have class passes remaining, please use them before our final day. If you are unable to use all of your passes yourself, you are welcome to share them with a friend or family member so they don’t go unused.

While this chapter is coming to a close, I choose to look back with gratitude and pride. Luvih Yoga Studio was built with love, and because of all of you, it became exactly what it was meant to be-a place where people could come as they are and leave feeling a little more connected, a little more grounded, and a little more at peace.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Thank you for supporting my dream. Thank you for making Luvih Yoga Studio a home.
I hope you’ll join us during these final weeks as we celebrate the community we’ve built together and create a few more memories before we say goodbye.

Join us for a heartfelt gathering as the voices that filled our space with love come together for one final sound journey.

This special 90-minute experience weaves together the unique gifts of our beloved instructors:

✨ Intentional Integration with Shannon — 20 minutes of reflection and guided awareness, creating space to honor your journey and embrace what comes next.

✨ Heart of Hatha with Jen — 30 minutes of gentle movement, mindful breath, and grounding presence to reconnect with your body and heart.

✨ Yin & Restore with Sydney & Gia — 40 minutes of deep relaxation accompanied by the peaceful vibrations of a euphonious sound bath, inviting rest, release, and renewal.

Together, we’ll share an evening of movement, stillness, connection, and healing sound—a celebration of the community, friendships, and memories that have made Luvih so special.
