This weeks āØteacher TuesdayāØ brings us the incredible MISS. BECKY!!!
Miss Becky has dedicated her life to the performing arts through dance, music, and education. She began her formal training in dance and theater at Long Island High School for the Arts before earning a BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace University and a Masterās degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education from Hofstra University.
Miss Becky has been teaching dance and choreographing for nearly 10 years, bringing positivity, creativity, and enthusiasm to every class. She is passionate about challenging her students to reach their full potential while fostering confidence and a love of dance. As a former competitive dancer and singer, she brings a strong performance background to her classes. Her professional experience includes performing as a Knicks City Kid, dancing in the Macyās Thanksgiving Day Parade opening number, a virtual reality film for Google, a Macyās fashion show, the US Open, a Kidz Bop music video, and singing the National Anthem for the Town of Oyster Bay.
In addition to teaching at BDA, Miss Becky is a Kindergarten teacher who is passionate about inspiring creativity, confidence, and a love of learning in every child.
