I will overcome ! Some times things happen in life we don't expect. Last year I was training for a OCB show and and it happened, a appendicitis attack no warnings just come out of nowhere. A surgery followed ,which didn't go well . After being transferred to another hospital they found out my intestines were twisted which resulted in another surgery. The surgery went well 20 days in hospital and two months of recovery. Upon followed up my dreams were shattered when I was told that I should never lift more than 30 lbs the rest of my life. I was definitely shocked upon receiving the news when I love to train and have been training most of my life. Of course depression followed , but keeping busy and my faith in the Lord got me thru. Once I thought my body was ready I started to train again ,of course not with weights I once used but trained . Then I remembered the wills. I will not let
anything hold me back, I will give it my all .I will train to the best of my ability. I will overcome. This is the result of less than a year. I wrote this not to be about me ,it about you . You also can achieve what you want ,thru your will. I like to thank UPMC Presbyterian staff for getting me thru , all family and friends ,and glory to my savior Jesus Christ.
