Morgantown Hung Gar School of Kung Fu Traditional Chinese Kung Fu School. Teaching the arts of Hung Gar, Tai Mantis and Tai Chi

Shaolin West is a tradional Kung Fu Kwoon "school" teaching the arts of Tai Mantis, Hung Gar and Tai Chi. Students are taught in the "old ways" of the arts meaning training is rooted in the tenets set forth by the original master of the art.Martial arts training implies that a student uphold the philosophical principles of the art and practice its techniques in a fashion similar to the founder of

said art.Students are taught flexibility,strength,conditioning,and self discipline as part of the normal class routine of techniques,forms (open hand and weapon) and sparring. Sifu Reeder began his training at the age 13 under the tutelage of Sifu Michael Marshall (student of Buck Sam Kong and Kam Yuen). Through his 30 years of training Sifu Reeder has loved the art and stayed true to his upbringing in the arts never swaying to fads or hypes in martial arts.

This soap was inspired by my 13-year-old son Lucas’s love for Kung Fu, specifically Hung Gar: a traditional Chinese martial art.

The soap? A 5 ounce hunk of bold lather, and a daring scent that is much like Blue De Chanel. Top notes of bergamot and lemon, middle notes of peppercorn and aqua marine, base notes of cedar, vetiver, labdanum, and frankincense.
