Several years ago my love of fitness prompted me to become a certified trainer and I begin instructing bootcamp fitness classes. I have been instructing classes for over a decade! My classes are just right for all fitness levels. They are designed to target your entire body and will increase anyone's fitness level. No two classes are the same, so your body will not get used to these exercises..whi

ch keeps the format fresh and fun! My clients, nor their muscles, never know what to expect at each session! I am taking my bootcamps on the road now! If you have a group at work or in your neighborhood or just a group of friends looking for a workout experience that's different than going to the gym, I will come to you! If a group setting is not for you, I also personal train clients at their home or business. In addition to my bootcamps and personal training. I know the struggle of not being comfortable in my own skin. It wasn't until I flipped the mental switch in my head and decided that I wasn't going to live like that any more that I made the commitment to living a healthy lifestyle. I am so glad every single day that I did, too! I absolutely love what I do and I hope that I can help you to Flip the Switch also so that you don't waste precious days of your life longing for what you've always dreamed of. Being healthy is fun and I can show you how!

I hope you guys aren’t too upset that the live isn’t taking place at 630am as planned. It’ll be closer to 9am.
However...here is the workout that we’ll be doing if you need to get it done now.

Emom - 5 min
10 burpees 💚
Set your timer for 5 min. At the start of the first min do 10 Burpees 💚 then rest for whatever time is left of that Minute. When the second (and each subsequent minute begins) do the same.

Set 1:
7 min AMRAP - set your timer for 7 min. Perform As Many Rounds As Possible in that time
10 reps of all exercises
•Up down planks
•Front flye
•Rev flye
•DB overhead leg raises

Set 2:
7 min AMRAP
•SLDL (single leg dead lifts)
•rocketman pulses
•Ski jumps (squat position, hop side to side)
•Split squats (power lunge left, power lunge right, squat = 1 rep)

Set 3:
7 min AMRAP
•Bent over rows
•Alt knee to foot crunch (ea) - on back, knees bent, feet on ground in front of you - do a bicycle with left leg (knee to elbow) then on left leg raise straight overhead and touch with opp hand - that’s one rep. Do 10 each side
•Plank jacks with shoulder taps
•Surrenders
