Hey Everyone!

Many of you may not know this, but in 2023, I joined a Master's of Counseling program at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine!

Alongside coaching, it has been the greatest honor to learn from the best in order to add licensed counseling to my practice.

And I am excited to share that this month I will enter the last year of my program and begin seeing counseling clients in the state of OHIO.

So if you live in Ohio or have friends and family here that could use a safe space to process, I would love for you to share my information!

I will accept insurance and offer a discounted therapy rate for the next year while operating under a trainee license.

And of course, if you are not in Ohio, my coaching practice is still thriving and, as always am open to clients nationwide!

From the moment a child is born, in the midst of their dependence, they are conditioned to receive the greatest nutrient that sustains courage, confidence, and curiosity. 🔗Connection🔗

This comes in the form of secure attachment. Though babies first lean into attachment in a way that they can’t survive without it, they then learn to carry it WITHIN them as independence is fostered.

This allows them to move through their worry and uncertainty with resilience. This allows them to get on a bus 🚌 for the first time unsure and walk off with the grandest smile.

The confidence to explore came from the confidence in connection. The knowing that someone has you, always.

The good news… especially for us adults. Connection can be cultivated. It can be found on God, in others, in authentic healing and restoration.

And from connection ➡️ love, understanding, confidence, security, encouragement, and resilience can grow 🌱 Things so many of us are deficient in.
