We got to put some of our functional fitness to use at Ryanโ€™s Hay Barn this weekend! It is really easy to see how Ryan got so big and strong lugging that hay around! Ryan mentioned that he started doing CrossFit because he wanted to keep up his strength and conditioning over the colder months when he wasnโ€™t able to do all the farm work. It has paid off!!

The workout follows the theme and order of the "12 Days of Christmas" song.

For time:
1 wall walk
2 candlesticks
3 burpees
4 push-ups
5 walking lunges
6 air squats
7 sit-ups
8 jumping squats
9 jumping lunges
10 broad jumps
11 handstand push-ups
12 single-leg squats
