For those of you that already know this will come with no surprise. But for those of you that have yet to hear we want you to know that we have decided that this year is the final year for NorthStar Disc Golf and the NorthStar Tournament Series. This isn't a decision that was easy to make but we are all at points in our lives where we can no longer devote the time to NorthStar and it's followers that we think you all deserve.
We wanna extend a huge thank you to all of you that have supported us, from those of you that have been with us since the beginning to those of you that just started coming to our events this year. We couldn't have done the things we have been able to do without any of you and we greatly appreciate all of you!
The NSTS has been a big part of our lives for many years and I'm sure it has been for many of you as well, I hope this isn't an end the the tournament scene in northern Iowa, I hope it is a chance for a birth of something new, something better! We have a great group of disc golfers in this community and I hope some of you are willing to continue growing the sport as we have tried so hard to do!
For those of you that still have vouchers laying around we will still take those til the end of the year, so just get a hold of me (Alan) and we can work out a time and you can come look through the inventory.
This does not mean that we are done disc golfing, I'm sure we'll see you out on the course somewhere!
