Elite Boxing Academy & Fitness Club Elite Boxing Academy offers high-energy HIIT workouts combining boxing, strength, and cardio. The Elite Boxing Academy is a full-service fitness and boxing gym.

A place to train hard, sweat, laugh, and become the strongest version of yourself. We offer classes for all ages. EBA has boxing, weights, and cardio fitness. Elite Boxing Academy exists for one reason, and that is to provide youth and adults with a safe, clean, positive and motivating training environment. We will constantly challenge and motivate our members to achieve their highest level of fitness. We will use boxing and fitness to teach our members lifelong fitness. Members can count on receiving quality classes with reputable trainers. Knowledgeable trainers will give you the focus and attention you deserve to achieve your fitness and boxing goals. We know that there are many fitness options in the North Iowa area, and we will constantly evaluate our facility and equipment for our members so they can always have the quality that they deserve. We are youth focused and offer different options. We have a youth boxing program that teaches fundamentals of boxing and promotes self defense and skills for a competition level. We value our youth and will always strive to be the place where they can go for a safe and healthy environment. We also offer a strength and conditioning program for any athlete trying to further their skills for sports and stay ready ALL year long. Don't forget about your nutrition and check out our LIFESTYLE PROGRAM that focuses on your nutrition. EBA is all about family. Children can hang out in our “kids” room while their parents work out. Childcare care is offered at various times, please inquire for more info. We encourage you to bring your whole family and check us out!

STILL LOOKING FOR A PROGRAM FOR YOUR YOUNG ATHLETE? WE GOT YOU COVERED

Speed. Strength. Agility. Coordination. Confidence. Work ethic.

No matter what sport your athlete plays, the goal is simple help them become a better all around athlete.

📍 Ages 8–14
⏰ Monday: 4–5 PM & 7–8 PM
⏰ Tuesday: 6–7 AM
⏰ Wednesday: 2:30–4:30 PM
💰 $80/month

Wednesday is early release, and parents can contact the school about having their child bused over to the gym.

Before school. After school. We’re giving these kids another opportunity to WORK.

A coach can give an athlete EVERYTHING they have…

Their time.
Their knowledge.
Their energy.
Their belief.
Every opportunity to get better.

But there’s one thing a coach can’t give you…

THE WANT.

We can teach you.
We can push you.
We can correct you.
We can believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself.

But eventually, YOU have to want it.

You have to listen. Take the coaching. Accept the criticism. Put in the work. And make the decision that getting better actually matters to you.

Because no matter how much a coach cares, we can’t want your success more than you do.

DAWG Academy still has room for more athletes, We’re working on strength, speed, agility, coordination, confidence and just teaching these kids how to WORK.

🐶 Ages 8–⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️
📅 Mondays: 4–5 PM OR 7–8 PM
📅 Tuesday: 6-7am
📅 Wednesdays: 2:30–4:30 PM

If your young athlete needs some extra work outside of their regular sport, we still have spots available.

The rain didn’t stop the MCSC U12 girls from getting that work in yesterday

First game is THIS WEEKEND, and these girls wanted to work, learn and keep getting better.

One thing we love about having our facility is being able to open our doors to other local teams, clubs and organizations when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate or they just need a place to get some work in.

If we have the space and can help these kids keep working and growing, our doors are open.
