As some may already know, we have made a very difficult decision. We will be selling the store and the gym. If you or someone you know would be interested please reach out to Ryan Lowers with ME Realty. However, for now business will continue as usual. Thank you to all that have supported us both and especially to all of my gym family, I will continue to do my best to keep things going as best I can, please reach out if you need anything at all. I will keep you all updated and be sure to let you know when to be prepared for changes. Love to all of you!

Had some maintenance work done on some of the machines this morning, specifically the Ellipticals!!! those of you that like the Ellipticals will especially like them now, they are quiet as ever now!!
The one with the knocking sound also has a new battery, therefore the motor once again works to raise and lower the ramp! Woohoo!

THIS WILL ONLY BE SAID ONE TIME!! I WILL NOT, let me repeat that for those thay don’t understand. I WILL NOT TOLERATE ANYONE DISRESPECTING OTHER GYM MEMBERS WHILE
IN THE GYM!! If you have an issue with someone you call me right away, or remove yourself from the situation. But I will NOT tolerate any disrespect, threats or harassment of any kind in the gym PERIOD! (It’s absolutely sickening that I have even have to post this)

Non members are not allowed in the gym when I am not present. There are many reasons for this, but the biggest one is safety!! If you want to be in the gym you need to get in touch with me to fill out the proper paperwork and pay the fees that everyone else has to pay.

It has been brought to my attention there were some things that happened in the gym yesterday (on my day off, non the less) that should NOT have happened.
#1 if you are NOT a current paying member, please do not come here. this is not a hang out place, this is a place of business.
#2 please be respectful of other people and the equipment while you are here. It's one of the easiest things you can do. If you upset others while you are here, then you upset me. As I said before this is not a hang out, this is a business and you are not the only person that PAYS to come here and workout, so PLEASE be respectful when you are here!
