One of the two A/C units we have is locked up. The free weights side is slightly warmer than the other two rooms as that one is doing double time. The replacement is coming on Friday.

Announcement regarding Group exercise classes held at 2 East Main. Sadly the classes will be discontinued as of 9/17. We fully intend on bringing classes back to New Energy Fitness at some point in the future. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the trainers over the last 8 years. The sense of community and friendships built there will likely continue on forever. I hope to see you at the main Facility as you continue to strive for your goals. I want to give an extra special thank you to Doreen Warfield and Dave for organizing the classes the last several years. Know that Dave and Doreen will still do training on a personal level at the main facility. Any questions or concerns please visit us at the main facility during our attended hours.

Great News! Classes Start on Monday 8/10!

The group building has been restored and starting next week we have a full class schedule (except Wed Tai-Chi, which starts the following week (8/19)).
