One of the best things gymnastics can teach a child has nothing to do with a cartwheel. 💛
It’s learning to try something that feels hard, keep going when they don’t get it the first time, and eventually realize… “I CAN do hard things!”
That’s something our newest instructor, Ms. Alyssa, hopes every student leaves her class believing.
Alyssa grew up in gymnastics and cheer through childhood, her teen years, and into young adulthood, and some of her favorite memories were made in the gym. Now she gets to help create those same kinds of memories for the kids at Tumblebears!
She’s enthusiastic, incredibly friendly, and brings an energy to class that makes kids feel encouraged while they’re learning and growing.
And when she’s not at the gym, you’ll probably find her with a good book, spending time with her family, or cuddled up with her cats. 🐱📚
We’re so excited to have Ms. Alyssa as part of the Tumblebears family!
Parents, Alyssa’s motto is “I can do hard things!” 💛 What’s something you’ve watched YOUR child learn to do at Tumblebears that they once thought was too hard? Tell us below! 👇
