She’s strong. She’s resilient. She’s fierce with a heart of gold… And ALWAYS in your corner. 💜

Our Lilly girl has been the type of coach and human who shows up for everyone… through the PRs, the hard days and moments, the setbacks, and everything in between. Her heart and smile is a core component of Remedy’s soul and never fails to make this gym a place where people feel stronger, supported, and like they belong.

We’re SO lucky to have you always Lilly! Thank you for continuing to show up for this community and for all of us. 🫶🏼

Today we’re grateful for the people who had the courage to build this nation, and for every man & woman who has fought to protect it since.
