There’s talk about “community” all the time.

And honestly, we get it. Every place says they have a great community. But community isn’t a slogan. It’s what happens when people show up for each other when it matters. 👏🏼

In our latest podcast, we look back on a moment that helped lay the foundation for the community we have today. 👀

When we were trying to move into our current building and our backs were against the wall, members literally brought us things from their homes and said, “Sell this if it helps.”

They went on to organize a golf scramble, sell t-shirts, and throw an entire concert to help us get across the finish line.
You don’t get that because people like the workout.

You get that because somewhere along the way, an hour in the gym becomes something bigger.

Friendships are built. Lives are changed. People care about each other outside these walls.

At CrossFit 184, fitness is what brings us together. But it’s the commitment, care, and relationships that keep us together.
We unpack the triumphs, challenges, and defining moments that shaped the last 11 years of CrossFit 184.

A decade of changing lives for Coach/Owner Erin 🔥
Today we surprised her in class with a memento to honor and celebrate the last 10 years. 🥳

What started as a summer job while she was home from college turned into a calling that has impacted hundreds of lives. Over the last decade, Erin has poured her heart into this community—not just as a coach, but as a friend, mentor, encourager, and leader. 👏🏼

Beyond the gym, Erin is an incredible mom, wife, sister, and friend. She loves fiercely, remains loyal through every season, and is always willing to show up for those around her!

Whether she’s planning events, creating new apparel, helping members with nutrition, celebrating victories, or walking alongside someone through a difficult season, she gives her whole heart. 🫶🏻

Thank you for your dedication, your sacrifice, your leadership, and your love over the last 10 years. ❤️
