Looking back on Mid-Ohio with mixed feelings. With under an hour remaining, we pitted from P2 for our final stop. The team hit their marks perfectly, but unfortunately a tire blew on the outlap, ending any hopes for a podium or win.

We’re massively proud of our pace, strategy calls, and teamwork through the weekend, but at the end of the day, even when you get it all right, things can still go wrong. That’s racing.

Quick turn around for the team before we head to the next round at Watkins Glen June 25-27. See you there!

IMSA Pilot Challenge pit stops are complex, featuring the last of the 5-lug tire changes in IMSA between 2 tire changers, along with a 3-person fuel team, and driver change. Swing by pit box 39 to see it live!

Our car looks a little different this weekend, with a fresh HRC Performance Parts focus!

HART is proud to continue our involvement in the development of both on and off-road parts, honed through the challenges of racing, coming soon.

In the meantime, we’ll roll off the line P6/16 for tomorrow race! With 4-hours of racing action ahead, we’re in a great spot to fight up front!

At the end of April, our Desert Racing team ventured West to Tonopah, Nevada to challenge the Silver State 300 in their #7342 HART // HRC Performance Parts Honda Passport Trailsport!

Featuring a host of upgrades since its first outing at the Mint 400 in 2025, the team saw improvements in both speed and reliability. Mechanical troubles did strike, but by applying learnings from their previous outings, the team was able to make quick repairs and get back on course quick enough to finish the race, and bring home a 2nd place in class finish!

More improvements to come as the team prepares to take on longest off-road race in the US in August: the 550 mile Vegas to Reno!

This year marks the 20th anniversary of HART’s 1st entry into One Lap of America, with the 2006 Honda Civic Si, which set the bar high with a remarkable 4th place over all finish!

From the 523hp Honda Odyssey that followed, to our 1/2 NSX Trailer, and the number of both stock and modified vehicles used since, One Lap of America continues to be a great place to push our products, and ourselves.

Tomorrow is the beginning of May, which means One Lap is right around the corner! Stay tuned for more 👀

Lots of questions about our HART Drag Racing Accord from our previous post, and we’re here to answer!

Created and run by volunteer associates out of our Anna Engine Plant, this 09’ Accord held the National Record in the CC/AT class with a staggering 7.07 sec @ 193.77mph!

Powered by a 58mm twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 C30A (NSX) engine it produced over 1,350hp. Further modifications included billet crankshafts and camshafts, 10:1 compression, RAM 7” triple disc clutch, and a total weight of 2,465lbs with driver.

It will be on rotational display at the Marysville Honda Heritage Center, so swing by to check out this epic piece of HART history!

Our HART Drag Team continues to operate out of the Anna Engine Plant and can be found racing at events across the Mid-West in their 19’ NSX, Turbocharged CR-Z, and A-Spec
