Good afternoon everyone! I may not be very active on social media, but I just wanted to reach out in case anyone wants to get in the gym this summer.

I am a personal trainer with 6+ years of experience, a NASM certification, an Associate's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and additional certifications.

Some of the things I help people work on are joint mobility, weight loss, bodybuilding, sports conditioning, including endurance training and powerlifting, and nutrition advice.

I currently have availability in the mornings and afternoons. If you or someone you know is interested in training, feel free to message me for more details! I offer training in-person and online.
