I missed that last race at Prairie City because I had too much going on and couldn't make it. I was a bit bummed about it, but life happens. It may have been a blessing in disguise though, yesterday I went to take the car for smog and it went into first gear in my driveway and now it won't come back out. I'm not thrilled about it but I would have been even less happy about it if it broke like that on race day. Guess it's time to get the ball rolling on that 4.44 box swap I've been putting off.

So I got fourth again last weekend. I was in first until we got to the midway point and they reversed both the run direction and the grid. I ended up going out second in the order and it was pretty muddy on my first reverse run. I did what I could but there is only so much that can be done when you are driving in soup. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed dropping down three places like that, but I had a good time and I was the only one in my group that didn't hit a single cone all day which I'm pretty happy about especially considering the aforementioned soup runs.

Looking forward to getting back out there and throwing some dirt around on the 28th.Thanks as always to for the awesome...

So I got fourth on Sunday. I obviously wish I could have done better but there was some good competition out there, I know I could have driven a little bit cleaner but I don't think it would have made a difference overall. I did put down better times than that Rivian though, so there's that. It was nice to be back out on track after such a long hiatus, and that was my first time at the Marysville venue, I like it. Big thanks to and for putting the event together.
