Bunsold Monarch Athletic Association is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 5019c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or to any corresponding provision of any future federal tax law, as follows, promoting interscholastic sports as Bunsold Middle School in the Marysville Exempted Village School District. This is reached through the supplemental financial support through forms of fundraising to benefit all who participate in interscholastic sports. All actions taken by the BMAA shall comply with all federal, state, county and municipal laws and IRS regulations. In addition, the BMAA shall work within the guidelines established by the Marysville Exempted Village School District and the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA), for the fair and equitable treatment of those students involved in interscholastic sports. The Bunsold Monarch Athletic Association or for short the BMAA is the organization that is responsible for running the concession stands for the BMAA participating sports (football, volleyball, cross country, golf, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, track, cheerleading and lacrosse).
