Tryouts can be a stressful time for players, families, clubs and team staff alike. Following the emotions and decisions of tryouts it is good to remember that May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Take some time for yourself today or this weekend to reset, recharge and reflect on the positive moments and growth that come from tryouts.
Mental Health Tip: Don't let one moment or decision define your confidence. Athletes grow through challenges, setbacks, learning and persistence - not just outcomes.
