Tip Tuesday
School has started and seasons are changing! It’s crazy how fast this year is flying by! As we start getting back to a “normal” schedule be sure to making good habits a priority.
Rest well -get to bed at a reasonable hour and unplug from technology at least 30 minutes before bedtime. This will help improve sleep and allow you be ready for whatever the next day brings.
Move -set aside time to get active whether through sports, going to the gym or taking a walk outside.
Set goals -no matter what the time of year it is never the wrong time to set goals for yourself. What do you want to accomplish this fall and does it reasonably work for your schedule?
