Congratulations to our awesome competition team, Team FX, for their outstanding showing at the Middle Tennessee Classic Karate Tournament this past weekend, and especially to Ms. Anala who earned double Grands champion awards for her Extreme Bo and Extreme open hand kata! 💪🥋 Just look at all of that hard earned hardware around their necks!! 🤩 Next stop for each of these talented young people is the PROMAC - Professional Martial Arts Conference National Championship in St. Louis, Missouri in 2 weeks!

Congratulations to our competition team, Team FX! 4 of our teammates competed yesterday in Homewood, Alabama at the PROMAC - Professional Martial Arts Conference tournament, The Forge Championships! These four athletes worked so hard and represented our dojo and community so well! 🥋💪💛❤️🖤 We are incredibly proud of them all and at the end of the day, we came home with:
