About a year between the two and about 10lbs heavier in today's/top picture.
1 hr..... 3 hrs a week.... 3 days a week.... Go to bed an hour later. Wake up an hour earlier. Cut out an hour of watching TV.... Carve out 1 hour 3 days a week and work on yourself. No more "I don't have any time" crap.
