About a year between the two and about 10lbs heavier in today's/top picture.
1 hr..... 3 hrs a week.... 3 days a week.... Go to bed an hour later. Wake up an hour earlier. Cut out an hour of watching TV.... Carve out 1 hour 3 days a week and work on yourself. No more "I don't have any time" crap.

Last night's chest day. 270x3 and 290x1 at 170lbs bw. Not massively impressive numbers for some for for me it was awesome. First time I've tried maxing out in a while and this was at the end of my workout.

Busy couple of weeks. Between work, little league, anniversary and trying to get the rental house cleaned up and yard up kept on both houses there's just not much time for much. Few meal preps I've had going recently. Cajun chicken pasta, bbq chicken with veg melody and rice and bbq pulled pork loin with broccoli and rice. Each meal under 700 calories. Actually ended up putting on a couple lbs going overboard on the anniversary trip but it was well worth it.. nothing that can't be undone.
I need to get back to posting here regularly and I'm about out of meal preps so will be making more content for that soon..... Stay tuned 💪💪

Been hit and miss the last week-two weeks... Been super busy with work and then trying to get the rental house ready to sell but also been battling what I believe to be an ulcer fml.. terrible terrible. Through process of elimination I've determined my issue is cause or made worse by my coffee consumption. Today was the first "good" work out Ive got in but I've still been pushing. Food has been kinda all over the place but I've maintained my weight along the way the last two weeks... Every day is day 1.. great shoulder pump this evening.

Nothing special tonight.. worked late for an after hours tie in so when I got home I used the leftovers and made fish tacos again. Added cumin, garlic and salsa to dial it in a bit. Still under 600 cals for both tacos so win win

Tonights dinner was leftover wagyu beef burger patties and eggs to burn up leftovers. Patties around 330 cals a piece and the eggs around 70 cals a piece. Also had some pork loin in the fridge that I needed to burn up so I made up 3 meal preps of bbq pulled pork with rice and broccoli and threw them in the freezer. Staying the course and hitting the meal preps hard this week 💪💪

Every two weeks I usually try to throw in a cheat meal. (Everyone's got their own opinion on cheat meals) but I've used them successfully over the last 5-6 years without fail. Planned on some wagyu beef burgers last night but we ended up out later than we planned after the grocery store so we opted for 🍕 pizza.i quite literally ate half a large pizza by myself 🤢 back on track today to push the last leg of this cut. 💪💪
