After 4 amazing years as Head Coach of the wrestling team at P&H, it’s time for me to step away and move on to the next chapter in my life.

I am beyond proud of what we’ve built together—from starting the wrestling program, to where it is now. We've had 12 National Qualifiers and 1 Scholar All-American in the past 4 years and so many moments on and off the mat, that I’ll cherish forever. I’ve had the privilege of helping young men become better wrestlers and, more importantly, better people. I've built bonds with some of these guys and staff that will hopefully last forever.

I feel so blessed and lucky to have been a part of this school, PHamily and this team. The memories I’ve made here and with the faculty, staff, my assistant coaches & wrestlers will stay with me always. I will always love this sport and will miss the black eyes, swollen lips and aching muscles!

Thank you, fans, PHamily and P&HCC, for giving me the opportunity to be your Head Coach and for all the memories along the way. Thank you to my family for putting up with the long hours, cranky dad and weekends gone. I will forever be grateful for this chapter in my life! Love you all.

Nick Daniel, 133-pound freshman at Patrick & Henry Community College, has been training hard and intensively since September for this weekend, and he truly gave it his all. Today, he represented Patrick & Henry at the NJCAA National Championships in Iowa, fighting with everything he had.

Nick advanced to the Consolation 16, but unfortunately fell short of his goal. Coach Case and I couldn’t be prouder of the heart, ambition, vision, and determination he’s shown all season.

While today’s loss stings, Nick has now tasted what it’s like to compete at this level, and he’s one step closer to achieving his ultimate goal of becoming an All-American — the first in our school and state!

Nick’s journey is far from over. He will be back, stronger than ever! This kid has heart, grit, and the drive to succeed. We can't wait to see what he does next!

🏅 Shoutout to Nick Daniel! 🏅

We're beyond proud of Nick Daniel, from Goochland High School in Goochland, VA, and now a 133 pound starting freshman studying Business at Patrick & Henry Community College in Martinsville, VA!

Two weeks ago, Nick gave it his all at the Districts in PA, where he fought with heart and determination. Seeded 7th, he went an impressive 5-1, finishing in 3rd place and securing his spot at the National Championships in Council Bluffs, Iowa, TOMORROW! 🏆

Nick's hard work and perseverance are truly inspiring, and we can't wait to see what he accomplishes next. Let's all send him our best wishes as he competes at the national level! 💪🔥

🚨 Huge shoutout to our 133-pounder, Nick Daniel, for an incredible performance at the Gulf Atlantic Districts in Scranton, PA! 🚨

Nick, who was seeded 7th, wrestled hard all day, going 5-1 and finishing in 3rd place! 💪 This outstanding effort has earned him a spot at the NJCAA National Tournament in Iowa this March! 🏆 His only loss of the day was a tough match against a D1 transfer from Andrew College, but Nick never backed down and fought with everything he had.

Nick is only the SECOND wrestler at P&HCC to place 3rd at this tournament—what a tremendous accomplishment! 🙌 We're beyond proud of him, and the entire team, for their dedication and hard work. It truly takes a family to achieve greatness, and at P&HCC, we're all about that PHamily spirit! 💯

Let's keep pushing, Nick, and the rest of the team! On to Nationals! 🔥
