We’re back‼️ SMHS Girl’s LAX conditioning starts next week October 1st! Join us Tuesday and Thursdays 5pm-6:30pm. Come get faster, stronger, and overall better athlete for the spring season. Not on the team yet but interested? Come join us. Have a friend interested in playing Lacrosse, bring them with!

Required:
•Athletic/running shoes (no crocs 🐊)
•workout clothes
•water bottle
•Eat a small snack to fuel you ⛽️ 🍎
