🎳 Bowling Center Manager Wanted

📋 Position: Huntsman Bowling Center Manager
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

Are you organized, energetic, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you committed to creating a fun and dedicated staff atmosphere while providing outstanding customer service?

We're looking for a Bowling Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and help make Morrisons Cove Memorial Park a fun and welcoming destination for our community!

What You'll Do -

✅ Daily management of our Bowling Center 🎳, Skating Rink 🛼 & Future Snack Bar 🍕🌭🍟
✅ Supervise, train, and schedule staff members 🤝
✅ Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns 😊
✅ Oversee league nights, tournaments, parties, and special events 🎉
✅ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall facility appearance ✨
✅ Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors 📋
✅ Design marketing and promotional activities💡
✅ Ensure lanes, equipment, skating rink, and snack bar are functioning properly 👍
✅ Handle cash management and daily reporting 💵

Qualifications:

✔ Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Excellent customer service abilities
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
✔ Experience in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, food service, or concessions is a plus
✔ Food safety certification is a plus but not required

The Pool’s been super busy this week with the start of the summer season and with the expected forthcoming heat wave we had to order some extra chlorine to make sure that the area’s favorite pool stays clean and safe for all of our patrons

Work continues as we finish up removing the 18 dead and dying oak trees to ready our Park in advance of next weekend’s annual Martinsburg Volunteer Fire Department’s Ox Roast.

What a busy first day of summer at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park. But we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Got to see many smiling faces again at the multiple camps that we were hosting this week.
