Second Amendment Training, LLC Offering firearms training and concealed carry classes in the WV/VA/MD tristate area. Chester, our lead instructor is a veteran of the U. S.

Army and an NRA certified instructor, pistol and rifle coach. He is certified in multiple disciplines through the NRA. These include being a certified pistol, rifle, and shotgun instructor as well as a Chief Range Safety Officer. He is a Refuse To Be A Victim instructor (non-shooting class), a home firearm safety, and personal protection inside the home instructor. Lastly, Chester is also a certif

ied Maryland HQL and Wear and Carry certified instructor. As such he is certified to teach the 16-hour Maryland Wear and Carry class, the 8-hour Wear & Carry refresher course, and the Maryland HQL class.
