I received this reply from the White House concerning a recent petition:

"Thanks for your petition. We don't believe that Senator Dianne Feinstein should be punished for championing legislation. In fact, we're going to continue to work with her and other likeminded Members of Congress to put in place commonsense reforms to reduce gun violence."

It goes on and on, but allow me to translate it:

"F*** you, random American. What Constitution?"

It can be difficult to wade through the endless jargon and nonsense, so I'm glad I could be of service. You're welcome.
