Martins Ferry Recreation Center Veterans Memorial Center aka Martins Ferry Recreation Center has a weight room, racquetball court, gym, dining room and kitchen.

Available for receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. Dining Hall rentals $75 for 2 hours. Gym rentals
Party $100/2 hours
Fund raiser $150
Wedding $350

All rentals have a $50 custodial fee not included in the rental price. If area is cleaned up , fee returned. Weddings have option of $100 cleanup
