We just had our name changed from CrossFit Downtown Augusta because we subscribe to this ideal. CrossFit is the best way to make your body physically fit for your lifestyle. No matter what level you are right now, a couch potato or an elite athlete, CF will improve your life dramatically. We have clients that have never stepped into a gym, pregnant ladies, and people that "used to be in shape." On

the other end of the spectrum, we have an NBA player, collegiate athletes and military special forces. It is a wonderful community of people that build friendships through all of the blood, sweat and tears. Trainers and fellow CrossFitters are always there to help you with form and encourage you to finish a WOD (workout of the day) strongly. We also do WODs in the community, have special events at the box (CF gym), go whitewater rafting, camping, cookouts, etc. We believe that we can enhance your life and look forward to any opportunity to serve our community!
