As Coach Amy reminded our girls, this weekend isn’t just about wins and losses. It’s about playing for Bexley, for each other, and for the love of this game.

So this weekend, we’ll carry a little bit of Bexley with us onto the field.

Be the kind of teammate Bexley was. Lift each other up. Encourage one another. Play with joy. Give your very best effort every inning. Play with heart, have fun, and remember how lucky we are to get to step onto that field together and play the game Bexley loved.

Tomorrow, the 2K15 Bombers will take the field for the Ballin’ for Bex Tournament — and this one means everything.

Bexley wasn’t just someone we’re playing in honor of. She was one of us. A teammate, a friend, a Bomber. 🩵

Her #12 may not be on the field beside us, but Bex will be with this team in every inning, every cheer, every big hit and every moment together.

We’ll play the game she loved, surrounded by the people who loved her, and do our best to live the way she showed us. Celebrate her life with us and support the The Bexley Rose Foundation.
