MEMBER OF THE MONTH!

The December member of the month is our own Tysha Torre. She has been working out regularly for 4 months with the initial motivation to lose weight and tone up in the process. Her fitness goals are to lose 100lbs and be more physically fit and so far she has lost 83lbs. Losing weight and feeling better physically is part of what keeps her motivated, and she states that exercise also helps her relieve stress. Her favorite exercise is the treadmill and the lat pull down.

“Just do it, stick to working out. Yes it takes time to see results but you will see them.”

SEPTMEBER’S MEMBER OF THE MONTH is our very own Darla Vincent!

She has been exercising regularly for about 2 months. Some modalities to her left leg is what encouraged her to begin exercising. Her current goals are to better her limited walking distance and overall body. Recently she has walked 15 minutes straight on the treadmill! This is a big milestone for her and we are very proud. Her biggest motivation is to be in better shape and feel better overall. Her favorite exercise is the leg press machine.

Her advice to newcomers is, “Ask questions and for help, the excellent staff will help.” She also added, “There is great staff who knows if you miss and gives encouragement.”
