When a message asks you to act quickly, that’s your cue to slow down.

Scammers can copy the MyChart name and/or logo to make emails, texts, phone calls and websites look legitimate. Before you respond, check the sender and web address carefully.

West Tennessee Healthcare and Epic will never ask for your password or verification code by phone, text or email. MyChart will not offer free gifts or ask you to run commands on your computer.

If you’re unsure, don’t click or share information. Call West Tennessee Healthcare MyChart Support at 731-541-4170.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH!

The December member of the month is our own Tysha Torre. She has been working out regularly for 4 months with the initial motivation to lose weight and tone up in the process. Her fitness goals are to lose 100lbs and be more physically fit and so far she has lost 83lbs. Losing weight and feeling better physically is part of what keeps her motivated, and she states that exercise also helps her relieve stress. Her favorite exercise is the treadmill and the lat pull down.

“Just do it, stick to working out. Yes it takes time to see results but you will see them.”
