Hey all, it has been a while since we have made a post on here. Just wanted to jump on really quick and make everyone aware of the 2022 Kenny Wright Memorial Sandhill Youth Hunt that will take place on Sept 24th. All children up to 17 years of age are welcome. There is no charge to come hunt. We will start with a breakfast, hit the woods and enjoy fellowship with lunch. After lunch we will have a s***t shoot and a door prize drawing. This will be a deer hunt with dogs. For any questions please contact Kevin Berrier at (336) 830-4399. Hope to see everyone there.

Want to give a huge thank you to all who came out for the 2nd annual Sandhills youth hunt. The kids got to see a few deer, hear some good racing, and a couple got to shoot their guns. Not to mention there was some good food to be had. Big thanks to Kevin Berrier for putting this all together. We've already had some ideas to make it even bigger and better next year.

Need somewhere to take your kid for youth day this Saturday? Our club has gotten together with a few other clubs and are going to put on a youth hunt this Saturday. Breakfast will be served at 6:15 at our clubhouse and we will turn out soon after on the gamelands. Hunting will be done with shotguns and buckshot as we have the 10' rule here in Scotland county. Message me for more details. We would like a headcount in advance so we can put together a plan on where to hunt and how much food to cook. We will run until it gets too hot for the dogs.
