The Iowa County 4H Horse Project deserves a huge thank you for having Jacob back as a clinician this summer. Jacob and the kids worked on several disciplines together and gained confidence while having a great time. Many tried to recall how many years Jacob has been a part of this clinic, and everyone loved sharing stories from previous years. It was amazing to see first-time riders go from feeling nervous to confident and having fun. Good luck to the graduating riders, and welcome to the new riders joining the program.

Boe is a 2024 Registered POA Gelding. He stands 52” Tall. Eye Catching with a Beautiful Blanket and Lovely Movement. He is a Sweet and Curious guy. He enjoys Scratches but also is excited for an adventure. Started Under Saddle. Walk, Trot, Lope. Trail Ridden. Crosses Obstacles. Road/Traffic Exposure. Boe has been Shown in Halter and Under Saddle and He Leads, Loads in Trailer, and Cross Ties or Hard Ties. Easy to Handle for Youth and Adults. Stands for Vet, Farrier. Show Him, or Trail Ride. We required an extra day to recharge after the weekend, but the experience was undeniably worthwhile. The Broken Cinch Crew enjoyed a productive opening weekend with the Marshfield Saddle Club, kicking off our summer equestrian series. On Saturday, Jacob and Riley presented 2-year-old Beau in the pleasure show, excelling in both halter and hunt seat classes. The following day's Speed Show was a highlight, with the entire crew participating and contributing to a fun-filled atmosphere, marked by enthusiastic support and cheering for riders of all ages and skill levels.
