Labor Day Closures & Schedule Changes

Due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 7, City Hall will be closed.
Also, garbage/recycling collections will also be delayed by one day for all residents. Please have your bins out by 6:00 a.m. the day after you would normally have them out.

Summer is wrapping up, and that means it’s time to say “see you later” to our awesome summer Parks crew!

These guys have been absolute ROCKSTARS all summer long! From working through the heat to tackling whatever jobs came their way, they helped keep our parks and community looking their best.

As they trade work boots and summer jobs for backpacks, books, and another school year, we want to send a huge THANK YOU their way!

We appreciate all of your hard work, great attitudes, and everything you did for us this summer. Best of luck heading back to school!

As the seasons change, it’s time for a little tidying at our local cemeteries. Please remove all grave decorations in or on the ground by October 1st.

Fall/winter decorations may be placed beginning October 11th. 🍁

What an incredible night for Griese Park! 🎉

Last night we officially celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Forward Fun Zone — a brand-new playground made possible by the incredible work, fundraising, and dedication of the 2025 Leadership Marshfield class. 💙

They didn’t just raise money. They brought an entire community together and turned an idea into a place where kids and families will make memories for years to come. And last night was the perfect way to celebrate — food trucks, bounce houses, a DJ, sunshine, laughter, and LOTS of excited kids enjoying their new playground! 🛝🎶☀️

A huge THANK YOU to the 2025 Leadership Marshfield class and everyone who donated, volunteered, supported, and helped make the Forward Fun Zone a reality.

This is what community is all about. ❤️
