Thank you for your interest in Leeanne Stronach Personal Training. First, I am an A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certified and insured personal trainer. I've worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and an A.C.E. Fitness Nutrition certification. Over the course of my career, I've worked with special populations including: beg

inners, weight loss, balance/gait, post injury/surgery, cardiac rehab transitioning, cancer survivors, youth fitness, and pregnant/post pregnancy. I've also worked as a group exercise instructor teaching several types of classes including low-impact, indoor cycling, muscle conditioning, Step, and cardio kickboxing. I enjoy educating individuals on how to exercise properly and effectively for a well-rounded workout. At Leeanne Stronach Personal Training, together we will pursue your fitness goals with fun, yet appropriate exercises and lead you down the path to a healthy lifestyle.
