April 7, 2019: Day 1 of my fitness journey - January 12, 2020: Day 646.
Consistency is key in anything you do, especially health and exercise. I’m happy I’ve learned to program my own workout routines to find something that works and I enjoy doing every day for 21 months now.
I plan a mix of HIIT, CrossFit and yoga, as well as marathon training to reach all of my athletic goals. I went from never running to completing the Lululemon Seawheeze half marathon in 2020.
