This summer will have an intern helping out in the weight room and at the speed and agility camps! Meet Jayzek (Jay) Lee!

A little bit about Jay

Education:
He goes to Simpson College and is studying Physical Education and Exercise Science

College Activities:
He is part of the Simpson Track and Field team specializing in Sprints.

His Favorite Exercises:
Bench Press, Hex Bar Deadlift & Hang Clean

His favorite part about working at PEAK:
Gaining experience working with a wide range of athletes and clients!

This summer we will also be doing a speed and agility camp for South Tama! There is a free trial for all South Tama students that are in 6th grade and older! It will be May 29th at 10am at the High School Track!

It’s that time of the year again!! We are 4 weeks away from the start of Speed and Agility for our 3rd summer together! All East Marshall athletes from 6th grade and older get signed up for the Speed and agility camp starting June 8th! Can’t wait to see everyone!

Great game tonight by Claire Bonzer and the Marshalltown Bobcats beating Fort Dodge 3-1 and Claire contributing one goal to bring her total for the season up to 18! Their next game is Monday where they will host South Tama!
