If you workout here, thank Joel Goodman for his work on this preacher curl bench. He changed the angle of the arm pad, made the seat height adjustable, reinforced and painted the frame, and deep cleaned the yellow upholstery. Thank you, Joel!

Congratulations to Nathan Hulbert for reaching the 1000 # club.
He currently sits at 1135 # total.
275 # bench press (was 205 #)
405 # squat (was 375 #)
455 # deadlift (was 380 #)
Back in June 2021, Nathan made some changes. Those were:
1. Keeping a detailed training journal and setting up his workouts prior to each days training.
2. Adding deadlifts and squats to his weekly routine, neither of which was previously much of a priority.
3. Nutrition. Eating a much higher level of correct proteins and carbs, and cutting out the crap snacks and foods.
If you haven’t seen Nathan for a while, he has become a very large, muscular guy with a great attitude to go with it. Congratulations, young man!
