Volleyball is built around Vertical, explosive power, quick reactions, and repeated jumping. At 1JF we Do Contrast training with our athletes because it trains the body to produce force quickly — exactly what 🏐 players need for:

* Higher vertical jumping
* Blocking height
* Spike approach jump
* Faster lateral movements
* Quick middle attack
* More explosive hitting and blocking
* Better first-step speed

✅In The Video we are doing a Heavy squats to activate high-threshold muscle fibers Followed by A Reactive loaded Rocket jumps, to train the nervous system to learn to produce force faster.

🔻This type training transfer in Volleyball by helping our athletes
