ATTENTION: The Stuart Lake Association is sharing the following information about an upcoming community meeting regarding the data center. Please note that this meeting is hosted by an external group; the Association has not vetted the organizers or the content of their presentation, and sharing this notice does not constitute an endorsement of their position or the accuracy of the information provided.

"All are invited to come to this Marshall Area Community Meeting. We will be sharing information on the proposed data center.

There will be a speakers on the environmental and financial aspects of this project. There will be a time for questions and answers.

Please know that this meeting is in no way a time to vent. Everyone will be expected to conduct themselves respectfully. I look forward to seeing you there and learning together."

TODAY - January 5 City Council Meeting. Please attend this meeting and forward this message to others.

The following Ordinance, if passed will make way for legal pollution from both Ford Experimental Battery Plant and the PROPOSED DATA CENTER.

At the Marshall City Council Meeting on Monday, January 5 @ 7PM, there will be a public hearing on Ordinance 2025-5 Chapter 52, Sanitary Sewer, Ordinance Updates.
