ATTENTION: The Stuart Lake Association is sharing the following information about an upcoming community meeting regarding the data center. Please note that this meeting is hosted by an external group; the Association has not vetted the organizers or the content of their presentation, and sharing this notice does not constitute an endorsement of their position or the accuracy of the information provided.

"All are invited to come to this Marshall Area Community Meeting. We will be sharing information on the proposed data center.

There will be a speakers on the environmental and financial aspects of this project. There will be a time for questions and answers.

Please know that this meeting is in no way a time to vent. Everyone will be expected to conduct themselves respectfully. I look forward to seeing you there and learning together."

TODAY - January 5 City Council Meeting. Please attend this meeting and forward this message to others.

The following Ordinance, if passed will make way for legal pollution from both Ford Experimental Battery Plant and the PROPOSED DATA CENTER.

At the Marshall City Council Meeting on Monday, January 5 @ 7PM, there will be a public hearing on Ordinance 2025-5 Chapter 52, Sanitary Sewer, Ordinance Updates.

UPDATE: DDA/LDFA Meeting – 12/18

The SLA Board of Directors has learned that the proposed data center development is not on the agenda for this Thursday’s LDFA meeting. This is a regularly scheduled, standing meeting.

If you have specific questions about the proposed project, please direct requests to the City to ask that a dedicated public meeting be scheduled.

The SLA Board will continue working collaboratively with the Brooks Nature Area Board to gather accurate information and will share updates as more details become available.

Sorry to have to report that Deb Spaulding’s Paddle Board was stolen from the front of their cottage last night. It was anchored in the water next to their dock. So sad this situation exists. If anyone has any helpful information please let Deb know.
