Yoga Class Schedule Update ✨
With the summer season approaching, we decided to try something new with our yoga class offerings. Evening classes served us well for the fall/winter seasons, but have become less popular as the days become longer and the air stays warmer.
Therefore, we've decided to pivot to one evening & one early morning class, starting this week! Details below ⬇
🌟Flow + Release: Tuesday nights from 6:30-7:30pm🌟
A gentle, slow flow blending mindful movement, deep release, breath work, and restorative rest. A wonderful way to wind down for the evening!
If you liked our Release + Renew or Unwind Flow classes - this one is the best of both worlds!
🌟Wake Up & Flow: Thursday mornings from 5:15-6:00am🌟
Start your morning with movement, breath, and intention!
This 45-minute all-levels yoga class is designed to help you wake up the body, clear the mind, and step into your day feeling focused, energized, and inspired!
Expect a gentle flow, mindful movement, and grounding breath work to cultivate clarity and motivation for the day ahead.
No pressure, no perfection. Just show up, drop your mat, and flow into your day!
Both classes are beginner-friendly, with modifications and variations offered throughout class. We are doing a "test run" for Thursday morning's class during the month of June, but hope to keep it going all summer! If morning yoga is your jam, come join Mindy on the mat! 🧘♀️
Drop-in cost is $18. We also have discounted class packages available (as low as $14/class!). You also do not need to be a member of the gym to join!
