I am planning open workouts individually or a group! Sessions will be 1 hour!

Shooting $30 individual
Ball handling $30 individual
Speed &Agility $30 individual

Groups of 3-5 $20 per person

Package - Purchase a package for a discount
5 sessions- $130 (2 weeks)
10 sessions -$250 (3 weeks)

All proceeds will help pay for Heart Checks in the Spring. I will be donating to Strive for Life to help save yours!

What have you been up to? I have been running and lifting for about 3 weeks. I am fully cleared to workout as I can tolerate. I am without any restrictions!!! Hard to believe but so thankful. Today was my first basketball workout since February 3, 2023. I can’t explain my love for this game. I can’t explain the feeling of the basketball in my hand. I can’t explain the feeling of being told…. Never. My response is Let’s Go! Never isn’t an option. Push yourself and be better than you started today! If you are ok, I’m ok.
April 15th I will attend the Strive for Life, Beat by Beat event in Kansas City. We are working on partnerships with organizations that are saving lives. But more importantly supporting organizations that help save lives from Sudden Cardiac Arrest. 1/500 includes you and I. It’s a stat line we can’t ignore.

Start planning your off season training. I am available this summer for training sessions. Message me asap to get on my calendar. I will have opportunities for remote learning also. If you would rather receive videos and then respond with videos that will work also. We will have a price set depending on what you choose. I will post training opportunities next week! Hey everyone! I’m not sure how many of you have heard but on February 3, 2023 I suffered a Sudden Cardiac Arrest. I am blessed to play for my best friend and my dad, my hero! My dad is trained in cpr and immediately started helping me breathe while the trainer gave compressions and ultimately used the AED to shock my heart back to a normal rythmn.
I have had a life saving ICD implanted in my chest and if that happens again it will catch it and shock me. I was saved and given another chance.

Tonight I’m here to tell you about limits and goals. Whatever you have been doing and feeling isn’t your highest limit. Push yourself every day for the goals you set! Don’t limit your goals. But set them high you will reach them just outside your comfort zone. I was truly given a test. And the ultimate healer said not yet. I am going to play again. Even after some said no way! Others believe there is a way. And I believe I will!

So I am alive and I’m going to be a voice and a leader!
I appreciate the prayers and I hope you know I needed them. We will be working on heart screens in the near future. We ALL need them! This issue is the #1 killer of athletes… you and I! 1/500 have this issue! 4% live! But if you get a heart scan it may save your life! Be watching for fundraiser events coming soon! Hey everyone!!! I am super excited to get in the gym with all of you. I have had a great first year of college and learned so much. This Spring and Summer we will focus on you and set attainable goals you can reach! Over the next few weeks I will be ironing out our spring and summer schedule.
