Happy Coaches Day to our fearless 32 Black coaches! 🖤💗

Thank you for being fun, dedicated, and all-in on helping our girls grow: not just as lacrosse players, but as teammates, leaders, and people on and off the field. We’re lucky to have coaches who challenge them, encourage them, laugh with them, and believe in them every step of the way.

Thank you for being such wonderful role models for our girls and proving that patience is, in fact, a superpower! 🦸🏼‍♀️🦸🏻‍♀️

So grateful that HOCO lacrosse and Lead Em Up recognize the importance of investing in the whole athlete.

Thank you for challenging our athletes to grow not only as players, but as leaders and as people. The fun, interactive activities help bring these lessons to life and drive home the importance of accountability, character, leadership, and making choices that positively impact those around you.

Lead Em Up’s mission of building mental and moral character is so crucial in youth sports: encouraging athletes to become the best version of themselves and to learn how to win on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

We’re incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and intentional investment being poured into our athletes. These are the lessons that stay with them long after the final whistle. 🩷🖤
