CONSISTENCY- this is one of the hardest parts to achieving your goals.

Consistency isn't glamorous, it isn't exciting, and it isn't particularly fun.

But consistency is the will to keep showing up. It is the gritty behavior to silence the voice in your head saying to do something else.

Consistency is having a plan and sticking with it even when things get tough. Because it will.

Consistency is the drive to push forward and put in the work others aren't willing to do.

6 months from now, a year from now, and 5 years from now you will look back and see how far you have come.

You will know the truth. You will know the grit it took to get where you are.

So when you start to second guess yourself, or waiver, just remember why you started. And get to work!

Overcomplicating things leads to discouragement, burnout, and failure.

Get active, stay patient, be consistent, and follow a plan designed specially for you for at least 6 months.

You are capable of reaching your goals without a quick fix, fad diet, or gimmick.
