Most athletes may relate to the blinders we wear during show prep. Even with gained experience, show day can dominate our brains.

Expanding our view to the times outside of prep and giving more emphasis to the other phases, we can enhance both prep AND show day.

Simply by being aware of all phases, transitions feel more natural. Progress is made over time and show day is merely a sliver!

This is the easiest way to START your diet!

In any good plan you have to duck, dive, and dodge (plan, react, and adapt). Starting sometimes is the most complicated thing because of how many "do's" and "don'ts" you'll find online.

This is how diets are *generally* formed from our coaches, but of course each person is treated based on their specific case.

Have you ever wondered why your favorite physique athlete is posing in front of a curtain?

Typically when a physique athlete is taking physique updates, they are doing it with a contrasting background and front-facing light. This could be in front of a curtain or even outside in their backyard.

The reason for the front-facing light is to wash out the physique with light and show all areas with equal visibility. This is harsher lighting, but the most honest!

As calories reduce, eating fruits in vegetables can help maintain gym performance, help fight machanical hunger, and also help stave off cravings.

A good measure for adding fruits and vegetables is to see where your current intake is and how much fiber you currently are achieving. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends ~5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables per day. For fiber intake, one should consume ~14g per 1,000 calories consumed. Eat up!
