Congratulations to the Marqeutte Sentinels Rocket League team on making it to round 2 in the MHSEL playoffs! We are the only U.P. team to make it this far!

They play tonight at 4:00pm against Linden High School! You can watch them live at twitch.tv/mqtesports.

If they win tonight, we will be headed to Michigan State University for the playoffs on Dec. 6.

Special shoutout to senior Easton Lefebvre who has been selected for All-State Honors in Rocket League! Congratulations Easton! Well-deserved!

🚀 ⚽️ The Marquette Sentinels Esports Varsity squad wrapped up their fall regular season with back-to-back wins today taking down the Northview Wildcats from Grand Rapids and the Annapolis Cougars from Dearborn Heights.

Those victories launch the Sentinels into 3rd place in the Michigan High School Esports League heading into playoffs. They’ve got a BYE next week, but their points are solid—they’re on track to finish the season strong!

🛡️ These four showed incredible teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship all season long. Two brand-new players. Three graduating seniors last year. And they STILL battled their way into the top of the league. We are so proud of this team!

🎮 Playoffs begin November 20.

We are headed to Michigan State University this Friday for finals! 🎉

We are the only U.P. team representing Yoopers in this stage of the tourney! Esky just got knocked out, but we were so excited to see their name in the tourney this year! Let's go U.P. schools! We want to see you in the MHSEL!

Our costs to attend are much higher than the downstate schools! If you can offer support, please send checks to Marquette Esports at MSHS, 1203 W. Fair in Marquette! We will need to raise over $1000 to pay for our trip!

The Sentinels wrapped up their Fall regular season matches with a 3-0 win against Linden High!

We landed 8th in the state with two of our players finishing in the top five scorers per game in the state! Strong finish for this Marquette team.

Our sights are set on the state tournament now, which kicks off on November 25!

This team has shown a ton of growth this season and we are ready to make a run to get downstate! ⚽🚀
