Sometimes the hardest yoga pose isn’t the one that asks you to balance, twist, or stretch.
It’s the one that asks you to slow down long enough to notice what’s going on inside. 🧘♂️
We spend so much of our lives moving from one responsibility to the next—work, family, schedules, notifications, expectations. And before we know it, we’re practicing life on autopilot.
That noise doesn’t just make us tired.
It can change the way we see ourselves, the people around us, and what actually matters.
That’s why I’m so excited for Return To What Matters: Seeing Clearly, our Fall Yoga Retreat in Upstate New York. 🍂
📍 Super Soul Farm, Upstate New York
📅 September 11–13, 2026
🧘 Led by Cheryl + Bob
🌿 3 days of yoga, movement, reflection, nature, community, meals + lodging
This isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about creating enough space to see your life more clearly.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore the Five Kleshas—the patterns described in yoga philosophy that can cloud our perception through misperception, ego, attachment, aversion, and fear.
And we won’t just talk about the philosophy.
We’ll move it, breathe it, sit with it, and embody it.
Expect Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Kirtan, meditation, time in nature, farm-to-table meals, meaningful conversations, and plenty of room to simply BE.
And remember: this is a retreat, not a boot camp.
Come to everything.
Skip something and take a nap.
Walk through the woods.
Drink tea on the porch.
Sit quietly.
The practice is learning to listen.
Because yoga isn’t ultimately about how impressive the pose looks.
It’s about becoming a little more aware of who you are while you’re in it.
If you’ve been craving a Fall yoga retreat in Upstate New York, a meaningful reset, or simply a weekend to reconnect with yourself and an incredible community, I’d love to practice with you.
Spaces are limited, with pricing starting at $550 per person.
🍁 Come exactly as you are. Return home rested, connected, and a little more awake.
