Summer strength at TTR ☀️💪

The summer shouldn’t be a time of complete rest for your athlete. It should be a time of strengthening for performance and injury prevention before things ramp up in the upcoming season!

Chains are just one modality we use to add load to exercises + change the intensity up- whether that’s making it “harder” or to create a different sensation. ⛓️⛓️‍💥

For Kayla, this is one of a few ways we have progressed her pull-up training to build strength in this exercise.
